Common problems and solutions of conveyor line

Coating equipment, working environment, coating management, coating process and materials are directly related to the production efficiency of the coating production line. In this process, the process layout of coating equipment has an important influence on the use of coating assembly line. 1.The conveying design program is not up to standard.
Some designs do not consider the suspension mode of coating equipment (different coating hangers should consider different suspension modes), suspension distance, interference of up and down slopes and horizontal turning distances, scrap rate, utilization rate of coating equipment, peak production capacity of products, etc. Nor is production time considered. This will lead to production not in line with the design guidelines.

2.There are deviations in the process time of coating equipment.
In order to reduce costs, some designers often achieve their goals by reducing the processing time. The common ones are:

① The transition period before the coating production line is not long enough, which will cause liquid cross - contamination;

② The specific heating time is not considered during the curing process, resulting in poor curing;

③ The paint leveling time is insufficient, resulting in insufficient leveling of the paint film;

④The cooling time after curing is not enough, causing the workpiece (or the lower part) to be over - heated or insufficiently fixed during the coating process.

3.Improper selection of coating equipment.
Due to the different requirements of different products, the equipment selection is also different, and each type of coating equipment has its own advantages and disadvantages. If the design cannot be explained to the user, the customer will find the coating production line unsatisfactory after manufacturing is completed. For example, an air curtain is used for heat insulation in a powder spraying drying tunnel, and purification equipment is not installed for workpieces with cleaning requirements. This kind of mistake is the most common one in the process layout of coating equipment.

4.Failure to consider energy saving issues of coating equipment.
At present, the price of this energy source changes relatively quickly. However, if these issues are not considered in the design, the production cost of users will be higher, and some users will have to reconstruct and purchase equipment in a short time. This is not what customers want. The quality of the process layout design of coating equipment is crucial to the use of the coating production line. If the process layout of coating equipment is improper, even if each piece of equipment is well manufactured, the entire coating production line is not easy to use. Therefore, when designing, we must avoid the above common mistakes to avoid unnecessary losses!
